Product Characteristics of Partially Hydrolyzed Guar Gum(PHGG)
1. 轻微黄色到白色的粉末或颗粒,流动性好,易分散,无异味,水溶性极好,冷水即可快速溶解,无抱团结块现象。
Slightly yellow to white powder or granules with good fluidity and no peculiar odor. It disperses easily and features excellent water solubility, dissolving rapidly in cold water without agglomeration or caking.
2. 高PHGG浓度粘度低,液体清澈透明,分子降解后分子量平均分子量< 200,000 g/mol。
High-concentration PHGG features low viscosity with clear and transparent liquid appearance. Its average molecular weight is less than 200,000 g/mol.
3. 耐酸,耐高温,体系稳定性强,不易分层沉降。
PHGG features excellent acid resistance and high temperature resistance, with strong system stability and no easy delamination or sedimentation.
4. 属于半乳甘露聚糖衍生物,膳食纤维>80%,有益生元作用。
PHGG is a galactomannan derivative with dietary fiber content over 80% and possesses prebiotic effects.
5. 配伍性好,可与其他胶体、蛋白和淀粉复配协同增效。
Good compatibility with hydrocolloids, proteins, and starches to achieve synergistic effects.
